💬 General

Bivvy Health is a direct-pay telehealth membership service that gives you access to licensed physicians and nurse practitioners for unlimited primary and urgent care visits — with no insurance required and no copays. We connect you to care through our partner network, DrCare247.

No. Bivvy Health is not health insurance and is not a substitute for comprehensive health insurance. It's a direct-pay telehealth service for primary and urgent care. We recommend maintaining insurance coverage for major medical events, hospitalizations, and specialist care.

All care is delivered by board-certified physicians and licensed nurse practitioners through our telehealth partner, DrCare247. All providers are licensed in the states where they practice and have passed thorough credentialing reviews.

Bivvy Health is available in most U.S. states. Availability may vary by state due to telehealth regulations. During sign-up, you'll confirm your state of residence. If there are any limitations in your state, we'll let you know before you complete enrollment.

💳 Plans & Pricing

🏥 Coverage

Bivvy providers can treat a wide range of primary and urgent care conditions, including: colds, flu, sinus infections, strep throat, ear infections, urinary tract infections, pink eye, rashes and skin conditions, allergies, bronchitis, COVID-19 concerns, minor injuries and sprains, fever, headaches, and general health questions. Providers can also write prescriptions for appropriate conditions.

General behavioral health consultations — anxiety, stress, depression, sleep issues — are available through our provider network where applicable. Availability may vary by state. For ongoing psychiatric care or medication management, we recommend a dedicated mental health provider.

Yes. Licensed providers can write prescriptions for appropriate conditions during a telehealth visit. Prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. Note that prescriptions for controlled substances are subject to federal and state regulations and may require in-person evaluation.

Bivvy Health is not designed for emergency care, surgical needs, lab work, imaging, or specialist referrals. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Bivvy is a complement to — not a replacement for — comprehensive health insurance coverage.

📱 Getting Care

Log in to your Member Home at bivvyhealth.com. From the "Get Care" tab, select who needs care (yourself or a dependent), choose the care type, and click "Start My Visit." You'll be connected through our DrCare247 telehealth platform. Subscription members have unlimited visits at no additional charge.

Average wait times are typically under 20 minutes. During peak hours (evenings, weekends), wait times may be slightly longer. DrCare247 providers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Any device with a web browser and internet connection works — smartphone, tablet, or computer. Video visits provide the best experience, but audio-only visits are also supported where appropriate. No special app download is required.

With Pay-Per-Visit, you create a free Bivvy account and pay $79 per visit with a credit or debit card at the time of service. There's no subscription, no monthly fee, and no commitment. It's a good option if you only need occasional care and aren't ready for a membership.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Plans

Dependents can include a spouse, domestic partner, and children of any age living in your household. You can cover up to 4 dependents on a Family plan, in addition to yourself — for a total of 5 covered people.

Yes. You can manage your dependents at any time from your Member Home profile page. Changes take effect immediately. Note that the Family plan has a maximum of 4 dependents (5 people total).

No. Dependents are managed under the primary account holder's login. When starting a care visit, you simply select which family member needs care. There is no separate login required for dependents.

🔑 Partner Codes

Partner codes are special discount codes available to members of organizations that have partnered with Bivvy Health — gyms, fitness studios, preschools, employers, and similar organizations. If your organization is a Bivvy partner, you may have received a code that gives you a reduced rate or even fully sponsored coverage.

You can enter your partner code on the Pricing page to preview your discounted rates before signing up, or on the account setup page during enrollment. Enter the code exactly as provided (codes are not case-sensitive).

Partner discounts apply for as long as you remain an active member and the partnership arrangement is in place. You'll receive advance notice if any discount arrangement is changing.

We'd love to work with you. Visit our For Employers & Organizations page and fill out the partnership inquiry form. We'll follow up within 1–2 business days.

💰 Billing & Cancellation

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, our payment processor. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted where applicable.

You can cancel anytime from your Member Home dashboard under the Billing tab. Click "Cancel Subscription" — your access continues through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@bivvyhealth.com and we'll review your case promptly.

Telehealth expenses may be eligible for FSA or HSA reimbursement. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility. You can pay with your FSA/HSA card directly on Bivvy if accepted by your card network.

🔒 Privacy & Security

Yes. Bivvy Health is built with HIPAA compliance in mind. Your health information is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we follow strict data handling protocols to protect your privacy.

Your health information is only accessible to you, the licensed providers treating you, and Bivvy platform staff as required to deliver the service. We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties. If you're on a partner-discounted plan, your employer or organization does not receive any information about your health or care usage.

We use AES-256 encryption for sensitive data storage, TLS for all data in transit, and Clerk for secure authentication. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network with automatic DDoS protection and zero-trust access controls.
