Bivvy Health connects you with licensed providers for primary and urgent care conditions — without the copay, the waiting room, or the hassle.
Our licensed providers handle a wide range of primary and urgent care conditions — the kind of things that used to mean a trip to urgent care or waiting days for an appointment.
This list is not exhaustive. Bivvy Health providers can address a wide range of conditions during your visit. When in doubt, start a visit — your provider will let you know if you need in-person care.
We're a telehealth service, not a replacement for in-person care. There are certain situations where a provider in the room — or an emergency room — is genuinely what you need. We'll always be upfront about this during your visit.
Bivvy Health is not insurance and does not cover procedures, hospitalizations, specialist visits, imaging, or lab work. We're best understood as a direct line to licensed providers for the care that doesn't require you to physically be somewhere.

If a Bivvy provider determines that your situation requires in-person care — for example, an X-ray, lab work, or a physical exam — they'll let you know and provide guidance on next steps. The visit itself is still covered, and you won't be charged extra. We'd rather get you the right care than pretend telehealth is the answer to everything.
